Before I started cycling I was serious into gym - I used this for 3-4 months. It has lots off cafeine which boost you a lot, but you drop off quickly as well. Wouldnt recommend it for endurance events. Gaspari Superpump is similar, but I got longer peaks with this... If you want more info, PM me - ive tried every supplement on the market

My order is with Royal Mail, but I dont have a tracking nr - how can I find out wheres my package? I ordered 14 Jan and Ive been phoning the local PO daily the last week, but nothing....

Rotors are either centre lock or 6 bolt. But you can get an adaptor to fit 6 bolts on a centre lock...

Like I said, LBS said it must be thin. But Marine grease should (i guess) also be better in wet conditions, so I like the idea!

I was looking to buy grease (for the crank) from my LBS the weekend, but like most things there the price is just stupid. R150 for propably 3 uses... The guy there did however say I can use any thin grease. So I went to Midas today - they have a Castrol multi purpose grease which is nice and thin. Can't see why this wont work???

Ordered previously, and tracked it online, delivered without issues - I ordered rotors last week - but CRC says it cant be tracked. So now I need to phone the local post office daily to find out if there's anything there.... WT??????????

I recently bought a new set of XT rims from CWC.... Read through the info pamphlets last night. The wheels are 9 speed wheels , so will I be able to fit my 8 speed casette to it?

I was also in the market for something similar. Ended up with the Merida 100. The same frame as the 300, just diff components. Swopped the wheelset out with a tubeless Shimano XT one.... Never looked back. Awesome entry bike

I mostly did a weights program for size (1x muscle group per day with stomach added 2/3 times a week). Most compounds (deadlift, squat & cleans are suppose to strengthen core). Know core is more internal than 6-pack, but I will maybe add some specialized core exercises... Have a Fizik Gobi on its way from CRC, so hopefully that will also help

Thx guys. Like I said, on the physical side, core shouldnt be the issue - will def look at flexibility. Bike setup - dropped my seat height a bit and moved it slightly forward. Went out for a quick ride. Felt MUCH better... So will wait for tomorrow and see what the back thought of it.

Would the same apply to low gi drinks when racing?

Thx Mark... I only started recently, will try to move the seat a bit to see if that helps. Core muscles schouldnt be a problem, before started cycling I use to hit the gym 5/6 times a week for about 2 hours.....

Anyone had a similar problem?: During riding im fine, no issues. But the next day my lower back kills me. Also upper back (between shoulder blades) is sore the next day. Went to the doctor the last time (after the pain didnt clear for a week). He gave me pain pills and a muscle relaxant. Explained a whole long story that some or other cartlidge in my lower back is bleeding and this puts pressure on my back. Sounded a bit far fetched... Took the pills and rested (as instructed) for 2 weeks. Cleared up nicely, but now after my 1st cycle, same story.... WTF???

And the seller should also pose int he 3 photos!
