  1. You could try Juan Smook, Mobile Bie Tec. I know his details are one of the threads.
  2. Heh... cool, well stick with the aforementioned and you should be more than ok. Naw, those pedals should be more than fine. Most folk ride with Shimano and they are more than upto the job. Enjoy it
  3. You don't say what SPDs ? Generally though a dose of MrMin on the pedals works wonders and helps to stop clogging. If you dab or walk in mud, then before clipping in, just tap your feet with the cleats tapping the pedal. This sheds some mud and in turn also helps to keep the pedals from clogging up.
  4. Or Steri Stumpi, have an inner conflict when the two are side by side though.... Which normally results in me taking both.
  5. Except that the study and article is from the US.
  6. I'm with Mark on this one, setup on the bike and/or core strength are normally the cause for me.
  7. Prepsol and a small dustpan brush. Do have one of those clamshell type chain cleaners, works a bomb with a diluted mix of prepsol. I heart prepsol.
  8. Yana, you oke moaning about Tokai.... send it here, all of it !
  9. Aside from my own thoughts on the investigation into the doping allegations against Lance, I too agree to a large extent. Think if some of the other sporting codes were tested as rigorously we would see a lot more headlines. In fact baseball had one of it's hugest doping scandals fairly recently. More telling I bet, would be stricter more thorough doping tests in schools sports, possibly varsity sport as well.
  10. I predict that there shall be a break away of radicals who shall reintroduce the penny farthing ... 26 rear, 29 front!
  11. Have to agree here, a lot of bikes are being specced with a slight riser on marathon/xc bike. I prefer it too, especially on long days of riding. Especially areas like vG or similar. Handlebars like pedals, saddles, grips and gloves etc... are a personal choice though. Some folk will still prefer a flat bar, or wider, or with more of a rise. Thats the great thing about cycling, few hard and fast rules when it comes to setup.
  12. Theres another description for it too. I'll google before I buy online, I will never go into a shop try on clothing or handle equipment etc in order to make an informed online purchase. Ironically those are the same folk who bleat about bike shops and buy online. Two faced is what it is.
  13. Hell yeah! Then they also had the Manitou bike with duplication of the for for the rear suspension.
  14. Unfortunately not, bikes packed and everything. I'm out for this evening though
  15. Word... Only way to slow him down was to snap his chain and push him into the bushes
  16. He's a bloody fast bike person! ..... TCS kit
  17. A couple of zeroes actually .... Wed night races are still on, last night's one got off to a slow start. Was a cool eve with some serious lung busting, Jules is as fast as a jack rabbit!
  18. Unless the network card is swopped out or it's an internet cafe, it could help them find the mac number though.
