I won't confuse you now that we met properly today.

So Wessel-Louis(hubname),Sidewinder (lol) and myself along with wife and daughter were riding in a private game farm in the Waterberg this December. We were on a sand road (shuttup we were looking for singletrack). Riding down a hill around a right hand bend Wes turns on his saddle and starts shouting and pointing. He has my full attention but I can't quite make out what he is saying? "Brake" why? what...? I stop about 40m down the road as a small tortoise crossing the road comes into view. "Dude, you nearly rode over a black mamba!!!" Well, Sidewinder and myself nearly rode into its reared head. Apparently about 15cm away. Fortunately daughter and wife followed Wes around the tail. Was extremely vigilant for the rest of the time riding there.

Some nice trails out there Was cool to meet you guys last weekend.

Peach, let us know when the next build day is happening. This weekend we were at the Dog Farm. Re Safety: the only issues in this area of the Spruit are the tonsils riding up the line.

Try the WTB Beeline tyre on the back. Looks like a more aggresive small block 8 but impressive grip and rolls very fast. Only available as a 650B tyre. International Trade will have stock at the end on Jan i'm told.

I have heard of some 3rd party apps that can do it. Never tried it myself though.

I see that there are a couple interesting things happening between Rustenburg Rd and Delta too.

I usually run Strava and VitalityFit together without a problem. Endomondo uses less than Strava.

Wow, their first attempt at the Parachute looked dangerous. I will take the new version with the blue and orange. Always have been a MET fan and this seems to be the first well vented FF lid for hot African Enduros. Any ideas on costings?

I log rides on my phone using their VitalityFit app for Android. Works perfectly except that I don't get 500 points per ride. Think you can only get up to 250 max.

The 'magic' of the Tallboy is in the VPP suspension. The difference between it and the Giant is similar to the difference between a Ferrari 458 and a BMW M3. Both are exceptional performers but there is something special about the driver involvment, feedback and general experience in the Ferrari.

Maybe try a different brand of adapter. I usually use Shimano or Hope.
