With disaster management there are many back up plans otherwise Disaster Management will not allow the race to continue (any race) . These plans are set in place long before any disaster actually happens, They definitely don't react after the fact. There are backup plans after backup plans after backup plans. The alternate routes have obviously been marked , I think at this point it's just which one will be used.

Which TT bike did you buy? Some of my friends have changed road into TT but never the other way around. It's like those guys who put 22'' rims and super low profiles on SUV's

I say you should keep riding 6 abreast on public roads, keep disobeying basic traffic laws, keep playing the victims in these situations, keep assaulting people in their cars,keep using drugs in pro races and keep flipping the bird to people who hoot at you for cycling like a d**k.
