What does first ownership have to do with it? I also had a bit of run around with Naked a while ago when my bike was stolen, despite me posting all pics of bike on the app I had to prove ownership to the assessor, despite the also being video footage and of the left-what a joke , left a bitter taste in the mouth. Bike was actually recovered with some damage which they then repaired /replaced parts but I’m now weary

They are usually quite quick once you send updated pics normally get a mail day or next day if sent after hours

Apparently no need to rinse with boiling water , just a wipe down and back into wax. The boiling water is if you want to “reset” the chain. This is according to Zero Friction anyway . I use the Molten Speed Wax. For the trainer bike, I use also use the Silca Super Secret as it lets messy from a flaking perspective. I’ve managed to get a wipperman link, which can be re-used safely. can’t understand why no one in SA sells them.
