    Wow does Pogacar need to attack here? in the context of the entire race is it necessary? is Vingegaard just going to sit this out if Pogacar does nothing? is Pogacar silently worried about the next two days, Vingegaard had a blistering TT last year, is this perhaps playing on Pogacar’s mind? Fascinating stuff.

    If memory serves, he lost time / ground on Pogacar on a descent earlier in the race? Or would the situation call for a more risky approach from him?

    Another great stage - well done Carapaz! Always great for the breakaway to come away with a victory! Pogacar once again the catalyst - providing us with some excitement and entertainment at the end. Perhaps Vingegaard is saving himself for an assault in the stages to come?

    Some very good points, we also need to remember that rim brakes actually stop you very well ! and have been good enough for years, hell some pros even stuck with them very recently when the rest of the peleton was on discs. Sponsor pressure probably put an end to that. Dual pivot brake brakes come to mind. so anyone on a rim brake bike can rest easy . As well as those on mechanical group sets for that matter as well.

    A bit of a rant about the behavior of some so called hubbers. Happens far too often that people cannot be bothered to respond to messages despite being online. Selling and buying on the platform is becoming an all the more tedious affair. People ask questions or for more pics only to basically ignore your replies? Or the classic, advertise something but don’t respond to valid queries. How do we address this? I’ve actually rated them accordingly in the past only to receive a snotty response thereafter.
