For you SportTracks lovers a new update is available ..... Release 2.1.3326 ? February 08, 2009. An option to mark recorded laps as active or rest. An option to add notes on recorded laps. Filtering the laps list by active, rest, or all intervals. New columns for activity details: rest & active interval totals for time, distance, pace, speed, average heart rate, average cadence, average power. New columns for laps: Start and ending heart-rate, notes, lap number. Added lap markers to activity detail charts and routes. Added pause markers to route. Bug fixes detailed on the forums.

We are off to the national at Mankele this weekend 'sans' our 2009 licences. No problem for us sports class dudes but if someone gives me any grief about LittleBen only having his 2008 licence I am gonna get a bit naar ....... Hopefully they know that the new licences seem to be delayed 'somewhere'. Is it possible to find out somewhere whether one is on the 'list' that shows you applied?

Only use bombs at races and to inflate tubeless wheels first time ...... otherwise pump the rest of the time! I prefer the adapters that screw onto the bomb and also have a valve you have to turn to inflate .......

I will be taking LBB to race the national XC on Saturday (I will only ride the sportsclass) and was thinking to go early Friday morning. While he's practicing on the XC course I would rather go for a ride on one of the trails.

I would assume that not just any SRAM gripshift will work. There is a specific line of shifters (Attack if I'm correct?) that do work with SHimano rear derailleurs (Fronts are always OK!).

Speeded the rebound up my good man, quick easy fix .............

This may help or may just be useless info but I had a Rockshox recon fork where the rebound was way to slow and it tended to do exactly that. It would progressivly give less and less travel till it was bottomed out. Like you say if I then got off it it would return to normal.

My cousin and he won't be parting with any bits ........ Ah well Lil'ben got his car today so lots of excitement around!
