Derrick Bingham having a bad day
oepsie, chickens coming home to roost for everyone that cheated the system
Wow, never felt the need to cheat to get points. Honestly these point are not hard to get. Ive never struggled, not one week.
I should join you guys this year for some additional encouragement.
Ive been cycling some time and started at a weight of 100kg’s. Dropped to round 86-88 without changing to much. Was just lekke overweight. Been stuck for about 3 years till I joined a new training group and had a breakthrough mid this year after I started cutting back on sugar, unnecessary carbs and craft beer....
Dropped to 76kg and was very happy, thinking I could get down to round 70-72 with a little bit of more hard work. Then I ended up in a stormwater ditch and soon after under the ortho knife for some repairs to my shoulder.
Now currently Im sitting next to the most beautiful costline waiting for my cratf beer to get cold for some training of my one good arm dreading the moment I step back onto the scale and the reality of actions of the last 7 weeks hit me in the face.
So currently I suspect Im round 80-82 kg’s 179cm tall and looking to get down to 70-72kg’s
Just need to put down my beer and get on my trainer! Will be back on my bike IRL end of Jan
Lets do this!
A good weekend in the W Cape doing some new trails, nice and fresh after the rain and all the flowers out in bloom. 1st time riding at Boschendal on Sat
Then 1st time at Welvenpass on Sunday, stunning setting but half the trails were closed, was expecting lots of people but saw 1 other rider the whole day, place was deserted.
I hate all Capetonians
replacing my cannondale frame under warranty took about 7 days.
Serious heartbreak hotel stuff... just reminds us how tough this all is when even he can get it so wrong. Still an unbelievable ride though, but I can only assume he will be back again to go sub 10. Sub 9 is surely impossible?
think the hard riding to rhodes took its toll the last few days. But now he knows he can go under 10 days so think he will be back just for that. Stuff like this also bothers him went he gets it "wrong" (Stettyns) Last year when he had a bad night on Lehanas he needed to go back and do it properly so Stettyns will see him again at night
Dont think whats fun so close to the end
I have a S and looking for M or L. Doing the race
Looking to swop 2XL and L for S and XS / XXS. Doing Race.
I have S to swop for L. Also doing race
did the website crash?
Manufactures state in the warranty that they do not cover impact damage and as it was stated that impact whether from the cat eye or thigh cause the damage it will be excluded on that fact.
Damage due to impact will be insurance claim. Whatever the source of impact might be....

Hi Guys
I thought I might add to this topic. SAS seeding has gone mental. There is seeding or systems are in a complete mess. My seeding has gone from hero to zero. E.g.
Barberton XCM Was 36.7 then changed to 40.16 and now is 42.25
USN MTB 3 Was 40.1 then changed to 40.60 and now is 41.48
Nissan Trailseeker 4 Was 40.21 then changed to 40.64 and now is 41.18
I agree that the seeding should change after an event once the difficulty of the course has been finalised. I dont see why your seeding for that event should ever change again. If SAS had the same system as the golf handicap system, Yes I would agree taking the last 3 Index's of your last 3 rides. But thats not happening they are taking your best 3 Index's and they are changing it when ever they like.
The Index's should not change SAS. Your Software has to be looked at and needs to be consistent.
Your seeding ages every week with a % value (cant remember the amount). Basically the same as the penalty system with the road seeding
Im in VA with a 12 index going to k@k, would prefer A batch

As he left PA he was 3h22 behind record pace and 10h behind on sub 10days. So its going to be a big ask for sub 10days. But its Martin and you never know....
