  1. There is no easy way. Up to the silvermine gate, then on to the Silvermine loop or whatever you wanna call it. That steep ass concrete dual track is the only way.
  2. You must live near Helderberg, for that climbing figure on those km ????
  3. Depends on your weight, casing strength (exo / exo plus etc) terrain that you ride and how you ride. Only way is to test. When you're pinging your rims on rocks and roots (you'll hear it) then increase slightly.
  4. Pretty much everything, but mostly rock and root. TM, conters, jonkers, Tokai etc. Also. Weight doesn't always equal strength. The type of alu used makes a big difference. Also, run proper pressures.
  5. My mate has managed to dent his so much that he got an offer to test the carbon rims. Another mate has also dented them pretty darn extensively, so they're good, but not indestructable. I'd still definitely have the AMPs over the Flow mk 3's or any of the Stans mk3 options though, to be honest. They're cheap and Dayle's backup is excellent. OP - wtb i29 tough. Strong AF and won't break the bank.
  6. DUDE. YES. Like, all I want is a DD / DH casing tyre (not much weight diff between the 2, funnily) but with a MaxxTrail compound. That's ALL. The Elim unf doesn't come in BD casing on 650, locally, otherwise I'd have been running those front and back. EDIT: Yes, I know BD at the front may be overkill, but I still want it to save me from my stupidity...
  7. In comparison to the Mary, it pedalled quite well... ITO the aggressor, if it came in 2.5 DD variant, locally, I'd be on it like a fat kid on a cupcake. Loved the 2.3, but I prefer slightly higher volume tyres than the maxxis 2.3 comes out at.
  8. Bahahahahahahaha!! No, man. It just feels like that for me, but some people love them. Strokes, etc.
  9. Feels like I have no braking traction in the rear, and it doesn't take a lot for it to step out of shape when it gets even slightly loose. My worn out Mary had better traction. Hope the Dissector is better, and I'm looking forward to testing it.
  10. Just run proper pressures please, Senor Trollosaurus...
  11. Just buy tyres with stronger casings. Lower weight, same result.
  12. Like the squidfalls. Was like Tim the Toolman Taylor. Huuuh?
  13. I don't like the DHR as a rear tyre. This should hopefully be better, and I'm thinking it may be more of an asseguy light than a heavy duty aggressor. Will ask him what he thinks.
  14. Mid stroke support is solely controlled by the damper, not the spring. That would be the end stroke (bottom out force requirements) that's vastly different between the 2. It's an excellent fork, by all accounts, and the small bump sensitivity of a coil is unmatched by air.
  15. Look, I wish it was the case, too. Would make "problem spouses" that much easier to deal with. ????
  16. His Dark Materials. Excellent. Also not sure what to make of Watchmen. Need to watch the opening episodes again as I'm sure I missed a few things.
  17. No. If there's vitality on a life policy or a med aid, it will apply to all lives who are insured under said policy. You cannot remove a person from your vitality without first removing their cover from your policy or membership. The consultant is correct. It you don't want him on your vitality, you have to remove him from your med aid and out him on his own. That, or suck it up and make peace with the fact that they don't use it. Perform the same calcs as Reme and others have done to see it it's in your best interest to keep vitality for yourself, too. If it is, then keep it. If not, boot it.
  18. Yes you can, but you can't keep it on the membership and select who it applies to. It applies to all lives on the med aid.
  19. LOL. They wish they were Suzie...
  20. well, he's just committed career suicide...
  21. well, he wasn't born a mandalorian, but he adopted their ways after he was rescued by them and raised in their culture. They only remove them in private, and to eat. In private.
