  1. @stretch after the op you still produce swimmers, they just can't get to the storage sack that they end up at. That's also why there's a delay inbetween getting the procedure and being sterile: the sack needs to be emptied. Also, it is reversible.
  2. Conscious sedation. That's all I'll say. For expansion, it's really worth it. It's not a general, so no aftereffects from that. But it's not a local, so you sorta phase out during the first minute of the op and come back out when you're in the ward. Wouldn't do it any other way tbh. Oh. And DO THE TEST! Last thing you want when you've done this is an "accident" and the docs will not be liable for any "damages" unless you've had a neg test and only after that have had a kid. It's a requirement for their clearing you.
  3. Lots of thumb work and lubricant.... Seriously. Failing that, take it to The Andrews at Stoke, and pick up some new tekkies at the same time. EDIT: FWIW Haylett has proper wrench-hands, and the non-droo (Daniel) has even stronger ones.
  4. Indeed. Or, with people who respect the road rules and other road users as I do.
  5. If you're arguing the bold bit, Fair Use (which this comes under, in my laymans understanding) does not infringe on the copyright of the original poster / picture taker, given that it's being used in a way so as to provide commentary / critical analysis of the actions of the people in the pictures. Forum rules do not override that tenet, though the owner of a forum reserves the right to delete / moderate any picture / article / content that does fall foul of the copyright rule. Those are 2 separate issues, though. Defamation also isn't an argument, as for that to be true, the assertions need to be false (amongst other things, but that is the main one in this instance) I ask again - WHY the legal attack? WHy not just own up and say "yes, they did it, we'll handle it internally and endeavour to correct these actions in the future"? EDIT: This smacks of an attempt to quash any negative commentary towards this club in particular. In the states, this could be classed as a "slapp lawsuit" A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.
  6. Anyway, this tit tat is not in any way related to Giant DbVille. Julian and Colleen are fantastic people, and if I were out that end of the Boerie Curtain I'd definitely be making use of their expertise. Out of stock items or no (a special order request is always possible, and I know for a fact that some distros are a bit tardy in replenishing stock, even when requested...)
  7. If you're trying to bring a legal defence, try not to bring ad hominems into your "defence" of your position.
  8. One question: WHY!? This hardly requires a legal battle. A simple "right, we did wrong, we'll take it up with our members" would be far better received and would be far more constructive for you, your club members and the cycling population in general. Own up to your problems, adapt adopt and improve. The pics are in the public domain. Whether it be limited to a certain group of people or not, it's still up on the web. The pics are clear in their representation of a snapshot in time. The copyright issue is a secondary one, and seems to me to be an attempt to make it an "offence" in social media law so as to get the person on a technicality. By my understanding, this usage amounts to "fair use" of a picture that is in the social domain. Why the vehement defence? Are you trying to say that they didn't do anything wrong, when the pics clearly show otherwise? Why this automatic deference to litigation when it's far from necessary? What is fair use?The fair use doctrine recognizes that rigid application of copyright laws in certain cases would be unfair or may inappropriately stifle creativity or stop people from creating original works, which would harm the public. So, the doctrine allows people to use someone else’s copyrighted work without permission in certain circumstances. Common examples include: criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship and research.
  9. Bad Boys 3. Just what I was looking for, and different enough to the others to keep it feeling fresh.
  10. YES. I mean heck, 22psi!? What is this, jeep track?
  11. Hahahahaha! Not sure if a dig at Q-ball, or at RitR. Either way, *** funny.
  12. He likes tyres that don't explode as soon as they see a piece of rock... As do I, and I'm much slower than Thermo.
  13. EWS guys are also running full DH casings on both ends, or exo plus on the front and DH rear and cushcore / other inserts. With those, you can...
  14. Depends on the mods, and you'd better believe it's possible. Remember they're limited to 250kph in standard tune, and without that limited they get close to there with a long enough stretch.
  15. No, RS is the top spec. As with all Audi, it’s The letter designation first (A1/2/3 whatever) then the S line (S1/2/3 TTS ETC) then the RS line.
  16. A new map, some decent tuning and 300 should be achievable by most performance cars nowadays Was a TTS. not TTRS. Can see on the speedo, where it clearly displays TTS. TTS would probably have just required a remap or removal of the limiter.
  17. Quite easily, if there were gantry video surveillance. A simple time over distance calc would be easy to perform.
  18. Have you seen the normal sale price of a Beyond burger patty? That's why. the other vegan options are on par with the "normal" cheese burger.
  19. LOL. Luckily I don't wear that when on a date...
