  1. Any kind of style. If you want to develop your skills, fast, then flats are the logical choice. Not to say that you can't learn proper technique on clips, too, but with flats it's just going to be easier to get them right, sooner. Especially with the help of a coach.
  2. Dis. It's just easier to learn on flats cos they flat out punish bad technique, so you learn faster due to that. I'd always advise someone to start off their skills progression on flats due to this, but you can (with proper guidance) learn on cleats
  3. Excellent. Vettes's attempt at a little jab earlier on in the thread made me wonder if he was. ????
  4. Hope you're not referring to me... MUNGA is something that's nowhere near my bucket list, but I have immense respect for those people who have and are able to grind it out and finish, or even take part. Not my kinda thing, to be honest.
  5. Nope, alternative streaming services...
  6. that's high praise. Definitely watching it properly next time. lol
  7. yeah, the little I saw was flippin excellent. Pesci was an unexpected surprise casting. SO MANY GOOD ACTORS!!!! Then tried Boondock Saints, and I did not realise that Norman Reedus was one of 'em! Sjoe.
  8. Erm... he was giving his professional opinion, experience, methodology and some useful info... as an answer to a question that a few people had. I found it informative and intereting.
  9. Tried to watch it tonight, but I'll have to watch it again from the start. It started off well, though!!!
  10. Only the best for you, my sweet.
  11. If you meant FRIDAY, then around these parts we generally have a bit more banter on fridays and it's pretty much moer mekaar friday. Sit back, grab some gluten free non GMO popcorn and watch the handbags sail...
  12. Uh, shaper... You cannot extrapolate your PI cost to someone in a different industry. It's a vastly different situation for each occupation and in the medical field can run to hundreds of thousands of rands each year, as an example. 5k p/a is a very low cost for PI cover. That said, it's always a good option to have in place.
  13. Anton is one of the few that will do hand painted decals, and normally at a far greater standard than that I can assure you. Some do use cut vinyl to do decals as well, though. Depends on the provider.

  16. yeah, they were cheap in the beginning. All gap policies were, but as more people claimed, their actuarial models needed to change accordingly. That's where we are, now. And it's not worth saving R50 p/m by moving. If it was R200 per month, yeah fine.
