  1. Only if you're doing it wrong... a proper 3 bean bunny is marvellous. As is, actually, a butter chicken bunny. Had one last year sometime and it beats the pants off a mutton bunny.
  2. It's cheaper, too.... But depending on how this month goes, I may extend it. Did a session last year when I went for 3 months without le booze. Was great.
  3. also having a Dry August. Should help with some of the issues and keep the budget happy.
  4. That looks superb Watched MIB 4 a couple nights ago. Underwhelming, thanks to the editing. Just felt as if the transitions between scenes were a little too rushed. Good acting, but just felt a bit... rushed. Oh - and couldn't shake the feeling that Neeson was in the wrong role.
  5. LOving it so far. First episode was excellent. Right into the action from the get-go.
  6. Net zero this month, but confronted a few inconvenient truths about myself. This article helped a ****-ton with some of those issues, but suffice to say that I've been fooling myself this whole fecking time. Whenever I get into a groove I seem to hit the pause button, which just gets me back to square one and in bad habits again. @eccc - give this a read. If you, like me, struggle with long term implementation of good dietary practice, you may find it very beneficial for your own journey. Ended the month on 97.2kg. With a lot more introspection than I've been giving myself over the past few months, I hope to get to 92kg by the time my birthday rolls in at the end of September, and sub 90 by the time the Jonkers Enduro comes through in early October. https://www.precisionnutrition.com/pause-button-mentality
  7. He did, but the ups are chair-powered. Ski lifts, man. Still, that's a kaaaaakload of descending in a day.
  8. Multiply is especially useful, if, like with Discovery, you have other benefits / products in the Momentum suite. You can get up to 60% up front recurring discount on your life premiums, reduced costs on investments, extra "HealthSaver" (MSA) allocation on a plain hospital plan (thereby reducing premiums as well) and the benefits alluded to above. It has similar and different benefits to those of Vitality, but it's not kaaak. Insofar as "leaving" FNB for Disco Bank - not until all the benefits are really clear, and even then not. I like FNB and what I get out of them, but I will definitely be moving my Disco card to Disco bank when the time arrives.
  9. I'll say it. Those okes were just idiotic. Doesn't accomplish anything.
  10. None. End result will be the same ie pushed/sourced from a 3rd party app. Unfortunately the loophole that existed 3 years ago is now closed so you have yo use one of the approved sources as a primary workout / data collection service and push to 3rd party apps from there.
  11. Still no. 130mm / 140mm fork is still 130/140mm regardless of wheel size.
  12. It's definite. Shows up under s health as an imported activity, which vitality doesn't recognise anymore as it's possible to amend the files themselves With various 3rd party apps.
  13. Ride it until it breaks, then change to a 42. unless you find one at a mega special deal.
  14. yeah. Like 1,000 pics. Set to 96 a page, and scroll. One of my mates has only got one, so it may be that yours were just not good enough to publish. Message him / mail him and ask if he has any.
  15. Nope. It's new uppers or lowers or wherever teh fork's offset is at. I'd just sell and change, tbh. Why do you NEED a 42 though?
  16. Honestly, I feel Chris gets more of the mid-pack vibe than Ewald does. Ewald is still a fantastic tog, and takes beautiful pics, but I have had more success with getting pics off Hitchcock.
