Last year was 3min gaps for the front half then 2min for the last half.
2006 50th Anniversary R1-SP edition - the one that came out with Ohlins, a slipper clutch and Marchesini wheels.
And the last of the 5 valve motors until they released the bigbang. I never understood why they went back to 4 on the 2007/8, it was a completely different ride.

Not light, not quiet, the flip helmets never are but it's a nice snug comfortable fit.
KTM, Keeps Taking Money and then a Ducati where you miss 1 service and it explodes.
I would keep the explorer.........
Sound advice.
What makes an oil service cost R1500 and R1900?
R750 an hour labour?
I recently installed dirt 4 from steam, when trying to launch it there seems to be 2 dll files missing.
Any advice on how to resolve without downloading from dodgy dll sites.
I have reinstalled the game as well as MS visual studio
Using win 10 pro 64bit
I had a similar issue once.
in Steam, right click the game > properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity...
worth trying
You could also look at wrapping the exhausts but I have heard bad things wrt the wrapping getting wet in wet weather and leading to early failure.
I haven't made up my mind yet but www.centuryperformance.com/exhaust-header-heat-wraps-do-not-use.html
Just to clarify, I open her up, clean everything a bit, and then put gasket sealer on the old gasket and tighten her up again?
yeah that sounds right, give the old gasket a wipe with a petrol rag so the new sealer can get a good grip.
Take a photo of the gasket when you get it off and I'll track one for you for next time.
(Surprised about the CMS place, I used to get all my gaskets from them)
Top and exhaust.
It sprays a few drops every time that I ride. About 1 liter per 2 tanks.
The one guy suggested that I just re-torque all the bolts and nuts.
Yeah that isn't terrible advice, it may well work. I've often come across the chinese stuff with very loose fasteners in concerning places.
I'm pretty sure that Chinese motorcycle Spares in Durban Rd would have one of those. Or the bike/scooter place across the road from them.
Worst case scenario..
The head gasket is usually a paper one with an aluminuim crush ring around the sleeve so you could very easily strip it and reuse it with any use a good grade gasket sealer.
Mission impossible to find gaskets for a motomia.
which ones in particular?
03.10: Nicky Hayden’s father, Earl, has been unable to join his wife and son in Italy due to his own medical issues.
But he has been keeping up to date on Nicky’s condition from his home in Kentucky.
However, the ‘fake news’ online is reportedly adding to his pain.
Earl Hayden told Roadracing World the following:
- The family HAS NOT issued a statement that Nicky is dead.
- Nicky IS NOT dead, although he is on life support.
- Nicky was riding his bicycle alone, NOT in a group of 14 riders.
- Doctors DID NOT perform surgery on Nicky.
- Nicky WAS NEVER in an induced coma.

The issue was more the pannier sticking out and the first rider attempting to avoid the pannier
Just an interesting point on that..
In the UCI 2017 guidelines for vehicles in the convoy, section II, subsection D, point 3 states that the preferred option for motorcycles should be soft side panniers (leather) if possible or no side panniers.
Perhaps it's time to take the term preferred out of some of those guidelines?
possibly stating the obvious so apologies in advance... but have you tried http://malutidouble90.co.za/notice-board/ ?
Does anyone know where to get SIS products in the Cape?

Lots of help from Cabrico. Thanks to Carlo and Lester.
How was the site meeting?
Does the squeak mean anything in particular? Is anything being damaged?
I'm not sure, they always just greased them up and put them back.
One of the first things I learnt from hanging around the mechanics at tours,
quick release skewers are squeaky
Titanium quick release skewers are squeakier
whoa, glad you're ok.
This was on Monday morning, around 07H20, down Blaauberg from Wood drive to Millen Rd.
Was a constant flow of taxi's
Customs clearly are having issues, we just had an item held there for quite a while too.
Why don't roadies wave/greet?
