I'd love to start swimming. Can't run as the knee won't let me Otherwise I do gym to keep the upper body in shape with the lower and to keep those core muscles where they should be. Lately however I'm finding time and energy to be a problem.

Wolfie, they have quite a low weight limit and I'll suggest you don't go for them. I've personally had no problems with mine but have heard many a male complain about broken spokes all the time. But they're lekker light, I love mine

To get back to your post BigBen, I sometimes join the guys. Tuesdays are normally the hardest day...Wednesday easier and thursdays it depends, sometimes hard sometimes okay. I say for a first time join them on a wednesday...or if you go next week thursday I'll be there
