Not really. When you have the time, go look at what some of the well known teams sponsors actually are and do. I mean just Amore & Vita is far stranger. (Can't believe I still have team kit in my cupboard)
  3. The internet doesn't know, and often spells her surname differently.
  4. That's a weird spelling of Mas.
  5. Their squad looks like stage win hunters to me.
  6. Yeah, but wasn't his high overall placing at the Vuelta due to being in the break on Stage 16?
  7. Train your system to do that at the bottom of a hill. Weight saving.
  8. Why is James Knox in bold?
  9. Have no idea. but there's a reason the R1 overstrap is more than double the price of the R5 you posted. R1= full UD carbon outsole R5 = Nylon composite outsole Copy/pasta from the fizik website... And it's not really a cliche, but in cycling, carbon will beat nylon everytime. (Also, I run a Fizik Thar on my road race bike, so I clearly don't know about looking the part anyway...)
  10. Pfffttttt!!! You can't look the part with a "Nylon composite outsole". You need carbon.
  11. There's nothing wrong with wanting to look the part as you say. You will find plenty of advice that says you shouldn't, and there's no need, but if it's what you want to do, then do it. Like the guy said, ride your bike and enjoy it, and if part of that for you means dressing to what you feel you want to, then do it. To your question, I got my fiancee a pair of Crono shoes with a nice carbon sole off takealot for R600 on special, so look around, there's lots of specials. On a budget, check out the classifieds right here. I've bought used shoes here before.
  12. Sunlight liquid and a high pressure jet washer.
  13. Same. I was going through the garage the other day and was surprised how many duplicates of tools I have I mean unopened drills and angle grinders, unopened socket sets, I think I have a problem. I always see good stuff and then buy just in case the ones I'm using break. And then nothing breaks
  14. Was going to suggest of the OP isn't married to the idea of Park, there are plenty of options from tool suppliers.
  15. The Cajees opposite the East Rand Mall also has quite a range of park.
  16. Yeah. 4 Hours in, going uphill and he's not even out of breath. Aint epol grand...

Talking of loyalty. Like you've never changed jobs. What a weird thing to say.
  18. I had similar once. I eventually found it was the end of the front derailleur cable rubbing on the rear tyre.
  19. Pffftttt! Everyone knows the only Italian bike that gets Dura Ace is a Bianchi.
  20. You need Garmin to tell you when you're thirsty?
  21. Depends where you go exactly, but you might fall foul of the no inter-provincial travel rule if you go there.
  22. So they had to pay eventually?
