  1. Competence : Agreed he has proven himself. Ability to have a brain fart and appeal wickets that are absolute rubbish, still not a fan. He wasted time and reviews when any bowler who has bowled more than 10 overs would be able to judge himself reasonably. The keeper has now been charged with rejecting his wasted appeals if he is not sure himself. I had a bias and am trying to get over it and support him as a player ranked at the position he is.
  2. Not a Tahir fan. Still bugs me with his pathetic insisting on reviews of balls pitching 2m outside off. But i guess i will have to admit he is doing ok if he keep his wickets up and his run rate down. But that 500 m celebration run still bugs me for some reason i cant put my finger on.
  3. Guess we found out real soon. Will still be drinking my liver away i support of the boys!
  4. Brain fart sorry
  5. Another shocker, as much a surprise as the current Zuma developments..... http://www.channel24.co.za/Music/News/chart-topping-singer-barry-manilow-comes-out-as-gay-20170406
  6. Maybe the rabbit in the hat trick will work for us in the CT as well.
  7. Referring specifically to CC spend. Not necessarily on healthy gear.
  8. Well at least there appears to be balance in the force once again. India are an awesome side and only cheating half as much as the Ausies.
  9. Just read up on your rewards for your CC spend if your Disco medical claims are "excessive".
  10. Maybe we need to send the Bloem groundsman to NZ and see what he can do...
  11. As for the injuries thing cos its too powerful and numpties dont know what they are doing or get smart, i say "Stupid should hurt..... more!" In general i recon if you are respectful, go for it.
  12. There is a shock inside that spring? If you say so.
  13. I love it when Jack puts his hand up for the number 8 spot (lucky shots or not)....... Fair comment, (Jack taking 70% of runs in partnership with a slow SR of 60% does show a bit of intent on his behalf) . Batsmen and bowlers need to take advantage of both good and bad balls. Would have had to have watched all the coverage to see if they were flashing outside off every third ball again. Getting nervous about our general form for the CC though. Some other sides putting up their hand again.
  14. I did not watch much, but with only one ton in the match i am not convinced it was a pitch prepared for pace bowling. Middle order are pretty much the only ones who decided to focus and try score some slow runs (except Raval in 2nd inn). Better shot selection based on what batsmen saw in changeroom would only apply in the first innings. But still they are all class guys so lets hope the next test is a bit longer than 3 days and 3 overs.
  15. Hahaha. "Over my dead body" style of batting. Like that chirp. Impressive stand by those two so far i must say.
  16. 50 50 chance of Aus holding them off at the moment i recon. 3 quick wickets and it could change for India.
  17. Awesome we won, but the pitch did no one any favors. A pitch that has a result in 3 days means someone did not think it through, or bowling/batting was up to nuggets. Great bowling to get 6 wickets in an innings (even on day 3). pitch had too much movement o flash at anything outside off. Wonder how secure Cook is feeling, at least he got to double figures in the last innings.....
  18. Woke up a bit miff this morning
  19. Go Morkel. Nice.
  20. Game over in 3 days again. Hope not. At least i can watch some on sat morning.
  21. Saw videos and looks like a lot of cyclists struggled to get through the tunnel at the start. Many just parking off against walls to shelter. Too many inexperienced riders would have struggled immensely, pulling up and just standing in the middle of the road because they were tired. That is also not to mention the "bone yard" quoted by someone else when a peloton goes down due to a stoopid mistake by someone near the front. Have not been able to ride the last 3 events, but would like to do it again. Not sure a blanket moratorium on new entries (due to carry over of "free" entries) to the next year is the way to go as this will mean a virtually zero chance of any new rider getting an entry.
  22. Sorry to hear this.
  23. Wife used one at Reading festival couple of years ago. Basically you NEVER want to sit down in a festival toilet. 4 days on you dont want to be closer than 40 m from a festival toilet.....
  24. I get a headache sitting a train facing the wrong way when its moving. I would upchuck if i had to spend a whole race watching the road go the wrong way! Pretty cool bike tho. Needed a laugh today.
