  1. I spent a ridiculous amount of time on that game many years back
  2. Fixed
  3. If I remember correctly it has been once this season prior to the games this weekend that the ref stuck with his original decision.
  4. You don't need the activity card for running or hiking. I'm not sure of the rules regarding swimming in the dam but lots of people do swim in there and as far as I know nobody has been in trouble for it. Again you wouldn't need an activity card.
  5. Sorry I forgot to get back about this. I am told that Silvermine parking is open now.
  6. Park management have been under a spotlight and are having considerable pressure put on them to up their game by the task teams set up by minister Creasy. It would be nice to think that those groups are having an effect.
  7. 'Women and children first' comes to mind, ship sinking, building on fire etc.
  8. They are very helpful with this, I took eight apps through for them a couple of weeks back.
  9. That will be getting blocked off very soon. But people will be people - guys were short cutting the exit to Cobra so a rock was rolled into place to stop this happening. The result was a new line forming around the rock... There are now logs there too and I will bet good money it won't be long before somebody removes them.
  10. Yeah it gave me 2.5 minutes on Lizard last week. I know I'm slow but... Apparently I was faster climbing back up, and that cannot be the case I have the power output of a very old sewing machine.
  11. There is a whole world of pain, regulations and not insubstantial cost that pop up if you want an 'official' event in Tokai. The number of trails used wasn't really anything to do with the format, they were chosen by Myles to fit with the type of event he wanted.
  12. Or alternately "I like the look of that, can I afford it?' If the answer is yes they buy it.
  13. Heresy! Take that back now There is no such thing as an unattractive redhead, they are automatically reclassified as ginger at that point.
  14. Absolutely spot on, I struggle to get fully invested when watching these days and it is entirely down to the lack of fans and sterile atmosphere.
  15. Gates open at 7am and close at 7pm.
  16. I think so, will check and get back to you.
  17. They are around. I nearly rode over a big puff adder on Sunday, neither he or I were amused.
  18. A bit of good news from tomorrow, Saturday 17th October, the gate will be manned again. This means you can now buy a day permit over weekends and also park in the picnic area again.
  19. The stand out there was just how warped a perception of a person/family you gain if their social media is to be believed. That guy was one evil sod.
  20. Not the same I know but this made my day
  21. We have only had fibre since the start of lockdown but it hasn't missed a beat in that time frame. I know it isn't the longest time frame but I don't think we have had any down time at all and the speeds have been exactly what was promised. It has been a far better experience than any connection we have had before.
  22. Not a clue, fortunately.
  23. This has potential, I like the way you think.
  24. That is amongst various options I am considering (read - scheming). "Hi honey look what I bought for the kids" "A friend bought it for me" "Wow, where did that come from?" And the one that may cause the most confusion throw her off the scent completely "Honey I can't believe you bought me an XBox..."
  25. I got the official wife warning regarding new gen consoles last night "Have you seen the price of the Xbox? I don't see how we can ever have one of those in the house..." I swear she could sense me sniffing around a pre-order and made her move, there is no way I can now snake one into the house either unnoticed or under the guise of 'a bargain'. Well played dear, well played.
