You also find those that sit on a bridge with a remote trigger in their hands, and just click away when the crowd passes in front of them. I don't know what the solution is, but have seen that on most of my photos, this is what the approach has been.

The first person to be wrong is the car driver. He is encroaching the cycling lane. If you notice the cyclist chase down the car to the next intersection, he does nor encroach the bus lane on the left. Then he is wrong by shouting on the left and then right hand side of the car. Shouting, which probably was not even heard inside the car, as the side windows were not even opened. As the passenger climbed out, I would have definitely zapped him with pepper spray, as it now becomes self defence.

A quick look at them, will allow you to spot their attitude. If they are busy trying to help themselves with objects in their hand, then I stop.

If not, they can then "cool off" on the side of the road. Otherwise I have even stopped to help someone during a race, even losing out on my own better time. The rule of, if you don't want to help yourself and plan, then I wont help.
