See Mannie chomping some chips at the end of the clip? I rode a trail called "Comfortably Numb" a couple of years ago. It is the last 24km of the last day of BCBR and ends in Whistler. Some of the best riding I've ever done! BCBR is definitely on my bucket list...

+1 for trails around Sanddrif - loved them! Apparently there are some other trails just up the valley at the next/previous campsite. I forgot the name, but worth investigating. Cederberg wines.... hmmmmm

Water that comes in from the seatpost side needs to drain out somewhere otherwise it will seep into the BB bearings and cause premature failure. The bottom bracket shell needs to have a 4-5mm hole drilled to allow the water to drain.

loosen the other bolts so that there is no pressure on the last, stripped one. then spray with penetrating lube and use new allen key, pushed in all the way... If fail, use vice grip or pliers
