I'm sorry but I don't agree Wayne.If you in competition and have even the slightest chance of been tested you do your homework.There is a great phone app by drugfreesport to download.Just type in any medication you want to take and it tells you if you can or not.

Sorry there is no excuse,it is cheating.I understand there may be a bit of sympathy because there are members here who know him but there is no difference here to Contadors + to Clen.At top level keeping weight down to absolute minimum is just as important to power output.What amazes me is how quiet Team Bonitas are. Then again,I was shocked when they gave Herman Fouche a job straight out of a 2 year ban. Credibility of that team not looking so good at the moment.

I have to laugh when I think back to when Armstrong started blowing everyone away. 1st he was climbing so well because of his high cadence.No, next it was because he was on the Chris Carmichael program.I like most here am a huge Froome fan,but still cautious.

Who would of thought Armstrong,Ricco,Pantani,Alberto etc etc were all wrong.If only they had all just followed science( as sky claim to do) instead of doping they would of all performed much better.Sky would have us believe that if you just do things in a scientific way you will perform on par and even better than on dope.

I must say I am a massive Froome fan but I have to say things are looking a bit dodgy.Forget the time going up the whole climb,the first 5 km Froome was in cruise mode with a slow pace been set.If you look at the final 15km and the last 6 km when he was really moving then: Last 15.65km Armstrong 2002: 48min 33sec Froome 2013: 48min35sec Last 6.15km Pantani 2000 : 18min11sec Froome2013: 17min41sec BUT Froome rode 220km before the climb at an average of 47km/h. I think this topic should be changed to'How many hrs a week do you cycle' and 'How many hrs a week you spend on the hub'. How about everyone trying to spend half hour less a day on the hub and half hour more on the bike.

I had a similar experience with shimano agents a few years back and since then will NEVER ride shimano again.Bought a set of dura ace tubbie wheels brand new from lbs who got them from cool heat.2 months down the line I was involved in a crash in racing and trashed a rim on rear wheel. Me:Cool Heat can I pls purchase a rear carbon rim for the set of wheels I just paid 12K for. Agents:No sorry we don't do rims only. Me ,can I then pls purchase a rear wheel only. Agents:No, we don't do single wheels but we will sell you a new SET of wheels. WTF in the end I brought in a rear wheel also from Chainreaction who sell single wheels. The local agents are quick to cry buy from them because of backup etc etc but in reality I've got better backup from CRC & CWC than the official agents.How they remain the official agents I will never know,and yes you can import shimano cheaper than the cost price of your lbs so I feel for them because theyb are really shafted.
