  1. Tried this beer the weekend. It was lekker. similar to Corona and Millers.
  2. Its got that little black piece with the three pins on the end that you slot into the other piece in the car and then the light stops flashing and you good to start. I think it's after market.
  3. Thanks. I think it is aftermarket as it has a fuel valve that does not look like OEM. Will see what google will reveal.
  4. Anyone know how I can disable the immobilizer? I bypassed the fuel valve that I think is part of the immobilizer to solve my problem of the car cutting out. All went well for a good while and then the weekend the car just cut out, no spluttering or jerking, just died. I think it's the immobilizer.
  5. If the bars are too narrow than what you used to then maybe change them for something longer. Thaba will be sure to test that baby to the limits.
  6. Then sommer just get a HR strap also
  7. Does this upgrade mean you dont have to wear it far up the wrist then?
  8. I really like the idea of the HR version as you can check your heat rate anytime (unless you wear a chest strap all day). I also think a chest strap would annoy me more than anything and im no pro athlete so don't need to the beat accuracy as long as its in the ballpark.
  9. Tell them they could be part of the Lady Pro's thread to get them to send their pcs...lol
  10. Haha, we have ICAS...just getting their number.. now..sniff sniff
  11. I'm so heart broken that I think I should just go home and ride my bike. Tell my Boss I am emotionally unwell Congratulations to the winner. I'm sure you going to love it
  12. Im waiting for Black Friday to see if i could get a great deal :-)
  13. You right, this is very much a want vs need battle that I am in right now. I want something to start measuring my rides so that I can start improving a little bit and setting some goals. The fenix has everything and more that I will need but probably won't use all it's functionality but if there was ever a time to get one, it's soon or else it probably won't come around again.
  14. I had the opportunity to play with one a while back I it was just amazing and spurred on my intent to get one. The good thing is that where I am right now financially is good. And by good I mean, the only debt currently I have is the bond and some with the folks for the bike I bought, everything else is really monthly expenses. Yes, there are other things that need to be done, some rubble removal, some wall fixing, some garden stuff....etc...nothing critical though. This will be probably be the only time that I will have the cash to buy one and if I don't buy one now then I kiss it goodbuy forever unless the sky opens up and moneys falls into my lap. The I have thought about getting the older one, where you have an HR strap and not at the wrist as it can be a bit cheaper but I just love the convenience of it at the wrist and not having to strap things to me.
  15. Just going to piggyback off this thread as it is related. Need some guidance here. I have almost enough cash for a Fenix 3 HR after selling off some items. Still a ways to go though. At first this was my goal, to get me one of these fine pieces of technology but now that I almost have the cash, it realize exactly how expensive this thing actually is and am contemplating this goal now. I don't have any measurement for my riding other than the Shealth app on my Samsung which is a little pooh as I keep my phone in my pocket and can't look at the data as I ride nor do I measure heart rate or cadence. This is why I wanted some measurement device so that I can track my rides now, set some goals and just get a little faster instead of just plodding along. A watch seemed appropriate as I do some other exercise in the week, when I can force myself up in the early morning, like some free weight stuff, cardio, lunges, planks...that sort of pooh. So I can wear a watch and measure those things in terms of HR and calories VO2..etc..insterad of having a computer on the bike. Now, I just don't know if it's worth all that money as I sure can use the money elsewhere like for things around the house, maybe pay kiddies crèche upfront, get some tyres for my car...etc. Maybe it's best to get something a lot cheaper like a TomTom as I'm not an extreme athlete here and still have change left over but will I have regrets? The wife in principle is ok with getting the Fenix but also feels the cash could be used elsewhere. Ayy, don't know what I should do. Any advice welcomed.
  16. Sure, will ride your bike once and then you can try my new Scott:-)
  17. Jislaaik, that is just sublime looking.
  18. Nice stealth looking bike you got there
  19. So great when the kiddies get involved and have great time out. Father has taught then well
  20. So what is it exactly? A camp fire chair? :-)
  21. Entered. Would be super sweet to win this beauty..praying
  22. I think it all depends....on what type of whiskey and where you get the working ladies. Try to go to a classy joint and single malt whiskeys are usually a win.
