I have Schwalbe RR on front (came with bike) - past weekend I saw signs of perishing on the tread... ~2yrs old and <2000km on them... Not overly impressed as there is still lots of tread left...

Really mad emy day! ha ha ha Pleasw do mr Williams a favour a phone bomb him every so often - especially when you feel like getting some stuff off your shoulders...my day was made!! For my next stunt - a nice "not to be missed bargain" advert on Gumtree with Mr williams contact details... #thatwillfuggem...

Check your seat Post!! I've been hunting down my Anthem's creak and stripped all the pivots etc. onl;y to find the source of the creak to be the seatpost that get dirty from the bottom side... It repeats itsself regularly and everytime i just yank the seat off and wipe with a rag...no more creak!!

You said something very true there...nice applicator bottle... My next lube purchase will be solely determined by the applicator nozzle....i want a small thin one which deliver the lube right into the rollers....where it should be!! Any suggestions for best applicator bottles?

There will always be somebody selling calipers etc. This as a result of brake levers etc. Getting written off by crashes and the like....i for example have 2 perfect working Avids where insurance paid for replacements after a hectic crash...
