  1. I have 'Deputy' lined up while I watch 'Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector'. And then 'The Outsider' after that with 'Westworld' and 'Billions' after that. I am sure something will pop up and interrupt those plans.
  2. Shimano does the 8120 which is a 4 pot brake https://www.evobikes.co.za/shimano-xt-br-m8120-disc-brake-set.html Perhaps factor rotor size into your discussion (180 rear and 200 front) - they work well for me and my Shimano XT M8000 setup
  3. That was good fun - I quite enjoyed that. Not too serious and dramatic or too silly either.
  4. Using a buff instead of a mask also means that you can pull it down to have a drink
  5. I saw that too - lots of people helping him (and holding his head still). Paramedics arrived just after we passed the scene. I hope it wasn't anything serious and a full recovery is made.
  6. I am still thinking about some of those scenes
  7. It arrived this morning @ 9:00 Excited to try the different beans, but don't know what to start with first (Holy Roller or the Guatemala)
  8. The dimpled fabric is more aerodynamic, like Zipp wheels...
  9. I am sure that the e-bike specific mask will be better
  10. CIOVITA 4-LAYER SPORTS FACE MASK https://ciovita.co.za/collections/premium-printed-face-masks/products/4-layer-sports-face-mask-3pk
  11. MTB routes be opened (Tokai, Table Mountain etc)...
  12. A bit of a custom paint job on this bad boy: https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/road-bikes/404215/cannondale-saeco-caad-4 while I wait for the muscle skin suit on eBay: https://www.ebay.ie/itm/RARE-Mario-CIPOLLINI-CANNONDALE-SAECO-TT-MUSCLE-SKINSUIT-IMMACULATE-CONDITION-/293240515248
  13. Thanks for all your responses. That has been my experience in the past. When I phoned to see if a particular branch was operational, the guy asked what I wanted to send and then said that bike parts weren't on the list because of Level 4 and all that. Best I go to a different branch then...
  14. Postnet isn't able to send bike parts - who are you guys using to courier small (cheap) stuff ?
  15. If you don't have a panic attack from the self inflicted water boarding, think of it as altitude training
  16. I might have to get me some of this. Anyone in CT Southern Suburbs keen to do a group order ?
  17. Social Distancing while exercising is close on impossible in some areas. Fish Hoek to Lakeside is as busy as if you were to host CTCT, 2 Oceans and The Big Walk all on the same day. Hoards of people grouped together, so even if you were alone, you struggle to keep any distance
  18. Great series - short and punchy (Same author as The End of the F***ing World, which was also great). It also reminded me of 'Impulse' and 'Wayne' Carrie
  19. Glad you found the problem and have a solution - let us know which hub you decide to use
  20. When will that be ready for distribution?
  21. Fantastic milk texture! I sometimes get it right, but am often to impatient or distracted and end up with bubble bath foam
  22. Some for sale here: Edit: Not mine https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/mountain-bike-brakes/1641/flat-mount-brake-to-post-mount-frame
  23. Perhaps they feel guilty for not wearing face masks and riding in groups (both of them are verboten), so they lash out. The bigger the crime being pointed out, the more aggressive the reaction . (totally making up stories here, but that is a common South African reaction)
  24. We started on the Uganda beans - I am not good at identifying or describing tastes, but I would say that it's very smooth and seems almost mild. Makes for a lovely flat white.
  25. I watched this last night ('The Thread', not 'The Pitch' version) . A crazy movie that was amazingly crap, but loved all the big names in it. So for that it was actually great. (can you tell that I have mixed feeling about it ?)
