  16. I'm over this rewards programme now. And when my life payout matures in September I think I'll be over Discovery completely. This is the most important aspect that they miss. In the financial services industry, TRUST is of the utmost importance. If you loose trust and faith in a company/ adviser its tickets. This whole mess with the rewards programme causes clients to loose faith and trust in Discovery as a whole. I personally know of two people who cancelled other Discovery products (One guy had a all the products-Life, Invest, Insure and Health, and it's a big portfolio) due the lack of trust caused by this mess. Apart from this, I also have three of my cycling buddies who was on the verge of signing up with Vitality and was also willing to buy life products (which is compulsory to get Vitality). Now if I know of 5 people, how many are there? It's time Discovery seriously address this problem. It's going to cost them big time.
  17. Correct, Discovery is a leading, innovative, well managed company. But this whole Vitality mess is knocking their reputation. It might be better to just can the whole thing.
  18. From what I've seen and heard so far, you don't want your bike to be respray by someone else.
  19. There is also a wattbike app that you can download. Link this with strava and it automatically pull the workout through on strava. My problem is that my strava doesn't want to link with Disco, so no smoothies and/or any other benefits for me as well.
  20. I'm sure this might change again in future, as they get more data to work on and get feedback from clients and brokers.
  21. I can see the logic in this, but I thing the right thing to do was to adjust the values on renewal in 2017. To be honest, to get your weekly rewards with 1 exercise might not be fair, comparing to the guy who is training everyday of the week. anyway, I gave up on Vitality a while ago. I can't get my strava or Garmin or polar linked to the Discovery app. Even with the new points structure I will easily achieve the goals. But to get somebody at Vitality or Discovery that is competent to assist is basically impossible. #vitalitymustfall
