  1. Yes, many of us have watched and thoroughly enjoyed it as you have. The Russians however are not happy with the portrayal. I look forward to their version of events as apparently, they've indicated they want to produce a show that tells the real truth.
  2. so far, it's a big tighter, .... that story,not the jeans..
  3. I liked their Rallon. This one however, the middle is a visual mess IMO. It's like the took that assymetric member that linked the seattube pivot and the top tube, and rotated the latter point to connect with the downtube instead. Probably means they can fit bigger shocks, but that crossbar. eww. and then they painted it in a color that's hard to ignore. ai ai.
  4. Manhunt (british show). 3 Eps long, and so much value. Strangely 'enjoying' Swamp Thing. Trying to amp myself to watch the Marvel show with, IMO, the slowest story development: Jessica Jones.

    Formula 1...

after watching that vid, i'm not sure the penalty was unwarranted. Seb claims lack of traction coming off grass. Fair enough and of course quite probable. But as he gets off the curb, he jags the car to the right, which is the short route to the wall, and of course, conveniently a block on Hami. If he had just gone straight, i would have much agreed the penalty was rubbish. But that turn to the right. for the record, and to prevent waste of feathers and tar, i'm not a fan of either driver.

didn't watch it. what happened? Sounds juicy. Maybe merc will finally have a feature role in the next season of F1: drive to survive. These days, i support F1 just enough that netflix can have a new season of that soapy. love it!
  7. Been loving this guy's tips and tricks. The efficiency of making the scarf joint is awesome. https://youtu.be/-SUtoKKNKHQ
  8. very cool! great for cars without parking sensors. What distance have you set the red ring of death to?
  9. for marvel fans, should i watch Avengers Endgame first before starting the latest season of Agents of SHIELD?
  10. i saw 50km in your earlier post and thought jeeptrack champs But since you've declared you are actually into the fun side of MTB, what Myles said earlier about Addix soft, will be perfect. Do take it your magic mary, or hans dampf in supergravity (SG) carcass.
  11. Schwalbe touted the Addix Speedgrip as the rolling faster than pacestar, but with near-enough the same grip as trailstar. Cpelser seems more into distance riding, so perhaps an Addix Speedgrip front and Speed rear combo? edit: here's the little diagram I was thinking of, and trying to explain above: The additional grip has translated into increased rolling resistance. Doubt it's parachute open, aka E13 TRS levels of drag though
  12. are adult and social influences not also environmental? And therefore, it's possible it becomes their decision even though don't fully understand it. For some people, what is decided for them at a young age becomes their belief in later years to the point it is indistinct from a personal choice. So what you stated as 'their decision' can be debateable.
  13. genuine grip monsters, and they are robust tyres. So they take a good beating. But.. all that grip comes at a price. rolling resistance is very high in comparison to anything from Schwalbe or Maxxis. I remember the first time I rolled out on E13s front and back. I looked down because I thought the tyres were flat, bike was *that* draggy. but that's just how much rolling resistance there is. It's like riding around with a parachute deployed. urrgh. I couldn't accept that much drag, so swopped out the rear with another brand and that helped the bike roll a lot better. edit: E13 produced a v2.0 of the TRS that was supposed to address the high drag of the first generation of tyres. I have one or two of the gen 2 tyres laying around at home , the packaging of which I have yet to break. So cannot yet comment on whether the rolling resistance has improved or not. But look out for those second gen tyres instead.
  14. What was the driver for your brother?
  15. at this rate, you'd probably win the national elections
  16. ? BSG comeback?
  17. latest ep really blows the story wide open. i guess this is genuinely the end of TBL.
  18. what is that seatstayless abomination?! it's interesting
  19. Really good tyres, but one thing: just make sure you absolutely lather the sidewalls in sealant. the ribbed portion of the sidewalls are stubbornly porous. It's not good enough to inject sealant and then spin the wheels on the bike, aka going for a ride. nope: you have to spin them while they are laid flat. It's the quickest, most direct way of forcing the sealant into the pores. And jack that pressure up while you doing this.
  20. she has great taste!
  21. The 100 season 6 E01 just landed. YUM!
  22. interesting perspectives and details. One thing that stands out in contrast is the Ethiopian minister of transport's claim that the pilots did follow emergency procedures.
