i live on a farm so there is f.....all tar roads and street lights, my best friend and cycling buddy just became a statistic on a farm so to keep safe i must suffer in a pain cave and i want to try and make it as bearable as possible.........

I need some help please, i have a Pain Cave where my wife do some treadmill training and i do the IDT thing !! We are thinking of putting a flat screen on the wall but are not sure what to watch and how do i go about doing it. I have not bought the Flat Screen yet and was looking at a Samsung 108cm( i think) at Dion Wired. I do have an old Yamaha amp and Wharfedale Speakers will it be possible to link this up? Then what programs? ( i am still a dstv subscriber........ ).....

Many moons ago there was a 2 day Baviaans , you cycled from the Patensie side to Geelhoutbos(over BergPlaas en the Fangs) and sleep the night in your own tents, which a truck transported with all your other gear. The next day you will then cycle back to Patensie.
