    Yes they are good and the system works well But - it is an expensive system and you basically have to use their screws - expensive. Not that great in plywood - chipboard and mdf. All the rage. (good marketing)

    I could not contain myself last week. Guy on an ebike tries to jump a rock (small) at the start of Missing Link (Camps Bay) got it all wrong and grabbed a handful of the front brake and well no need to go further. I instinctively burst out laughing - I swear I could not help it and did not do it on purpose and it was funny though. It all ended well though. He did see the funny part of it too.

    Don't know if this is such a great idea - knowing SanParks they may not like this and make some changes. Best to sort of keep it low key - always managed to get enough guys just in general threads.

    Tip #5. Stick with flat pedals (for now) The idea is great But the stock one's they come with are known as bear traps for a very good reason. And proper flat pedals will set you back R1 500 plus

    There is a guy at the Milnerton Fair (in Paardeneiland) who sells bottles etc. he is an expert. Should be able to shed some light.

    I was/am under the impression that the idea behind or spirit of the Buy & Sell was to promote the sport of cycling and that both seller and dealer feel like they had a fair deal.

    You may not like him but his rides a legit - train between 6 and 9 and all other rides are commutes. Did a 160 commute before we could go out. Thing is that most of you don't stick to the 5km rule and don't tell me you do so come on !!

    I only read this fred this mornig So if you ride for an hour most of you it if not all of you will/should be clear of any built up area the same goes for riding 20km from your home. So there is no real threat of contamination if you ride longer and further. So whats with the limits even the amount of times you ride?
