Chances are that it is a tjoepless tyre in which case either the valve is bust at the base or you need to tighten the valve on the rim. Try the latter first. If it has a tjoep in then the valve has torn away from the tjoep and will need to be replaced. Sometimes the tip of the valve has come loose and needs to be tightened.

Road bike or mountain bike ??

Get your bikes set up NOW and just get comfortable on them. Do maybe two 50km rides per week at a just above comfortable pace. Get the feel of the bike - cornering and braking is vastly different to a mtb and practice some close riding. Just go and enjoy the CTCT

It's quite simple had a click problem on my road bike. Swore it was the pedal - not so. The nuts that you attach your cleats to on the shoe was loose and sliding forward and backward. 😀

Five robbers armed with knives held up a couple going for a walk late this afternoon at the split and boom near the art center on the Constantia Nek side of the trail. Robbed them of all their personal belongings and the car keys and took the car at the car park. Neither hikers were injured and the car was later recovered. This was late afternoon so not many people out. I have a feeling this was fairly well planned. Take note perps looked just like everyone else.
