  1. Excellent website - great to see prices! Any chance of more custom options - e.g. dropper posts on jet 9's, wheel upgrades, cockpit upgrades/options etc?
  2. And this is why the vast majority of non-cyclists regard all cyclists as selfish, arrogant and inconsiderate...
  3. I wonder how much more climbing is involved in the following - Boyes Drive, Red Hill, Ou Kaapse Weg, Constantia Nek, Suikerbossie?
  4. Light trail bike - maybe. Enduro bike with 80mm rear travel - don't think so...
  5. How about uncontrolled / uncontrollable dogs off their leashes - plenty of those around in Emmarentia and Delta Park...
  6. I've had both. For the type of riding you're describing buy the Anthem - it's a great allrounder.

How about the Ardent Race at 720g. Tougher than the Ikons and better grip than the Crossmaks?
  9. Campy Zondas or Fulcrum Racing 3's - if you want to try road tubeless, get the 2-way fit. Not sure it's worth the extra moolah though...
  10. How much do you weigh? If over 90kg's don't even bother with saving even a kg on your bike - it's not worth the Rands...
  11. What a lovely problem to have - very jealous. The Ripley just looks like the dogs to me
  12. I want to replace the DT Swiss Nude shock on my Scott Genius 910 with a FOX CTD Kashima 190mm with Remote. Does anyone know who I can speak to about doing this?

Oh, and get off the riding line when you are walking, goddammit!! Edit: (Particularly on Mike's Pass. I'm not saying I would have made the final bit, but I might have, and I'd like to have tried... ) Couldn't agree more - it was nice and dry this year and worth a shot - unfortunately not to be...

It was certainly hot and windy - I really, really battled on Friday. But - the water tables were very well stocked and I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Will be back in 2014!
  16. And at about 6:30 every morning up Conrad Drive, Blairgowrie...

  18. Yep -that's the one you need. I have a Reverb Stealth and wouldn't ride without it now. I understand the KS dropper are also excellent - particularly the Lev.
