    So tomorrow we will see what's what just glad I didn't go for 2.4 tyres because the rear clearance is not wow.

    OK so the set is waiting to be fitted just need to get rotors will slap them on over the weekend went with the v1 as the v2 is overkill but it's still stronger than the pulse 30 without a real weight penalty. Thanks guys for the feedback will report back after 1st ride.

    I have been smoking for years about 20 my brother quit 2 years ago I only smoke 1 or 2 a day or when drinking which is not that often not at any point saying its good but it keeps my mind and hand occupied while driving in traffic so I am "distracted" from how bad people drive.

    thanks looking at the v1 it's basically the new pulse 30. Not that nuts on the trails so should be more than enough.

    Had a look but can't find anything on these wheels. Anybody using them and if so what is your impression? Weight looks good for the width and 120kg weight limit is way more than I weigh so should be able to take a beating but the numbers never really tell what it's like. Would appreciate it. Thanks

    Was a great little bike super light but we parted ways after reading the owners manual in which stated in bold NOT FOR JUMPING and a rather very low weight limit.

    Built this one for my brother the green shock is off my 920 but it's funky with the 2 next to each other 1 green with orange decal shock and 1 orange with green shock. Ps any body with orange Hope hub's looking for red one's let me know. ????

    Did quite a bit of climbing today twice to the mast and the wind was pumping. But a great ride with great people!

    SLX brakes with GX shifter, derailleur and crank and XX1 cassette,chain and chainring.Still thinking of changing to full XX1 but this works so good I would rather spend that money on a biking holiday trip.

    I am sorry I so disagree with you just got back was a great day out even the kids enjoyed it, Pizza was R95 for a large which was more than reasonable beer was R20 and you knew about the entry fee and kids entered for free. There are great exhibits, tech talks vids playing etc and I think this is a great way for brands to get noticed and almost all the brands are there. If your idea was just to go to get a bargain you missed the point.

    have seen snakes around 10h but then again I have seen some on a night ride at Bloemendal, its not like they have a time schedule most probably won't be out in peak heat of the day most likely in the shade then. ????????I have been lucky ot have only encountered 1 poisonous 1 that I know of. Don't want to know how many I passed in the long grass at Meerendal last weekend they seriously need to cut that back more.

    I have encountered runners on Conties and Hoogies both on the single track and they gave way so did not bother me never knew they weren't allowed.

    well your in luck there is enough wind blowing at the moment with only hour and a half to go hopefully for you guys it dies down a bit.

    have you seen what the late fee is flippen nuts usually it's about 20 or 30 bucks more which is fine but the 60km is R260 and late fee is R390!?! Come on where did they suck that price from.Me and my riding buddy usually enter a race on the day because we always decide on point 99 to do something or only find out of it like a day or so before but with a late fee like that I will rather go and play at the Dirtopia fun day on Sunday.

    The bike is a bargain but asking a Makro worker to put it together would be a massive no no not if you want to survive your first ride!

    Bike 1 snake 0. I don't need a emergency number because if a snake bites me even non venomous I will die of a nervous breakdown or heart attack immediately. I am so scared of snakes I don't even look down when taking a wee????????

    I have been lucky in the past couple of years I have only encountered 3 or so, 1 was very small (I am no snake expert????‍♂️) and jumped over it 1 was big and black (no I am not a racist) and in the middle of path (thanks good brakes????) only really scary situation was with a fat puffy we nearly stopped on because we didn't see it. I think bikes (or just me) makes noise and vibration and snakes will always try to avoid people. That's what I like to believe.
