There have been numerous incidents on that highway with attempted high jackings and some that were high jacked in the last year, its the same if you cycle past Diepsloot on the road that runs next to the highway which links to the R55 its a gamble you are taking

Thats bad news but it is illegal to be on that highway with a bicycle in any case hope cyclists learn from this

Your club needs to to approve your application with CSA so I take you already paid your membership to the 1 st club and got your liscense approved? If so and you then joined another club just go onto their website and change your club details their it should not have an effect on your liscense

Actually Scott carbon and alu frames are made by Giant....Scott supplies the mould which have patents on them and Giant manufacture them. Thats why Giant is the worlds largest bike manufacturer...they make frames for plenty brands. I would go for Scott as Sintesi said the R&D Scott put into their bikes is 2nd to none
