This thread certainly has been a rollercoaster of emotions.
This is what I have managed to keep track of:
- The bike was found by the suspicious rider
- The OP unfairly "stole" the bike from the suspicious rider and could himself now be arrested
- The suspicious rider was caught by the OP on his way to sell the bike to Neil's Cycles
- The bike was dumped by the original owner for an insurance claim.
I can't wait till season 2
I'm with cycle-sure, never claimed so can't comment on their service.
Out of interest, has anybody got any experience with Discovery?
I've got a friend who built an Epic with a 120mm Fox 34 Step Cast fork, dropper, and wide bars - he does everything from 300km+ rides, everests, and black descents on it. He loves it.
If I were to build any XC bike at the moment it would be an Epic Evo. On paper it has all the right numbers.
This is exactly what I'm thinking of doing.
Going hopefully ride one similar next weekend and will take it from there
That's odd, I'm guessing you already tried unplugging the Kickr for a while and plugging not back in and doing a spin down?

I have a question. I just bought a wahoo kickr and the setup is done on Zwift.
The resistance seems too much. The harder I peddle the more it becomes to the point where I can almost stand on the pedal. Is this a setting issue?
I had the same issue.
Doing a spin down using the Wahoo utility app sorted it for me.
I do a spin down every week.

Ladies XCO upside-down with Jolanda Neff compromised, and now Pauline Ferrand-Prevot's iliac endofibrosis needing surgery again. Wonder if Batty will be up to form when the racing season starts (after supposedly changing her diet last year).
Anyone know if Mathieu van der Poel is racing XCO in the Olympics?
Yeah I agree, my woman's favourites for xco is falling apart unfortunately.
I would love Batty to be back but I am not hopeful. Unless something drastic has changed since last year. She wasn't anywhere last year, mentally or physically.
Been tempted to buy an AppleTV unit .... its graphics certainly is a lot better than the little entry level NUC PC I am using.
but all the reviews suggest it is best paired with an iPhone ....
Any way for a "pc/samsung" house to use the AppleTV unit without changing out a multitude of other electronic devices ?
I am same as you, PC and Samsung phones and TV's. The only Apply product I own is the Apple TV and I don't have any issues even when casting Sufferfest from my Samsung phone to the Apple TV.
Apple TV. Works perfectly every time, simple to setup and use.
No more issues with limited Bluetooth devices if you use a Kickr.
I tried laptops, iPad and phones etc, always some issue would pop up. Never had an issue on the Apply TV.
I am not a Apply fanboy but when it comes to ease of use and reliability for training its hands down the best way to go on a budget
I wouldn't buy a 530. The worst Garmin product I have ever owned.
Cheaply made, doesn't hold a GPS signal and doesn't compare to the Wahoo Element in terms of usability.
My 530 sits in the cupboard. I ride with the Element.
Can't speak on the courier guy but Solomons has become my go to shop. The guys at their Lynnwood store are super friendly and always make a plan on the price.
Not the type of shop to go expecting expert cycling advise but if you do your homework and know what you want they always try get you the best price.

Yip, between 300 and 400% markup on most items.
About 10 years ago I had a "small" drug habit and cash converters was my daily place of negotiations.
