Will take one on the chin then :)

Only kidding..read it. The movie's worth a watch too. It was a hard read for me as theee too many parallels - I, like the writer, was a 40-something journo; Alsaka, like Marley, had a thing for fruit and was the same age when he had to pass on. It's a happy, sad, then happy again story.

Did watch the movie, but as guess the book will be better as always.

That bad? Need something to read, it is either that, Spud or The Hobbit (again)

Yep - its bad. But you can do what I did, read about 90% of it and then stopped as I was on a plane & knew I wouldnt be able to keep it together.

Same thing with the movie - watched it on a plane & turned it off where I stopped reading the book

Are the frames of those glasses wood? If so it may be the sort a attraction my staffy Congo has towards ice-cream sticks.

Hi all

Need some help if possible my father in law is trying to "rescue/adopt" two daschund. All the checks are done the two dogs just need to be collected?

Problem is they are in cradock we in pretoria. Does anyone know of any dog couriers or what we could do to get them to jhb or pta or even just closer than cradock?

Anyone have any ideas? Getting quite urgent now . . .
