Shebeen Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 What would really piss me off is if they come out and clobber Sri-Lanka for 400 runs and bowl them out under 100... and then do the same against the Ausies in the final game. I'd rather have them lose the last two than have to contend with the idea that they always had the great performances in them but they left it until it didn't matter anymore. There is some serious introspection required from CSA/Proteas.I don't think anything can happen in the next 200 overs of proteas cricket that will change this process. Some players might put in individual performances, but they've all done well before. JPD is in for Miller, he's been given a swansong.# is in the mix again, somehow.DP in for Ngidi. He has potential to be a really top allrounder in all 3 forms of the game. With AP and wiaan mulder this is the one spot on our future that doesn't look too bad. Eddy Gordo 1

Hoping they know something about the pitch that we don't...ok updated stats! 34 matches played so far, 30 completed 10 of those the team chose to bat first.7 of those won the game. 20 chose to field first8 won the game so basically the team winning the toss wins 50% of the time!
