DPG Posted July 11, 2019 Share Hi watch FundisLooking for a bit of help identifying and valuing this watch. The most I can find is that it is manufactured between 1903 and 1906. It is not a pocket watch but the back cover opens in that fashion to expose the mechanism. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks D WeekendWarrior80, Letum911 and Long Wheel Base

The case was made by Dennison who made cases in a time when manufacturers didnt make their own! Elgin made stunning movements and some of the most robust! Value wise it varies, depending on the caliber and the condition. Unfortunately in SA the prices for classic watches is pretty low! Great piece either way. gummibear

I like these a lot. The only issue I have is the screens are never as vivid as the marketing images. Plus, I can’t really justify the change from a Fenix 5x to the Marq as they are essentially very similar. gummibear

Can imagine they will sell well though.
