In manner of trying to be serious cyclist, I bought myself a Sigma Rox 6 bike computer and heart rate monitor and its probably going to stay there. Technophobe of note. Need to get my Edgemead cycling mates over to fit it (onto both bikes) and instruct me before Gravel Travel on Saturday.

Any offers ;) Can travel and bring beer/wine!

Also recently got a HRM, added a lot more structure to training. Less guesswork.

Been going way to hard to often, little recovery time which explains why I haven't been making progress.

Best of luck, I am a bit far to help with installing and setup but sure somebody will help out.

Well not a purchase, but something incredible to boast about.

So I get an email from a guy who said he heard me on the radio and was hoping he has the right guy or one of the right people associated with Bicyclesafetysa.

He said we were his 200th. twitter follower and he promised a sculpture to that follower.

I proceeded to explain that we are 4 friends who run the group on FB as well as Twitter.

He mails me back to say he will start work on this sculpture immediately .

Today a gentleman drops off a tin in bubble wrap and explains his friend Eric Tollner asked to deliver it to me.

I open the tin and see the limited edition certificate and take out our little sculpture.

All I can say is WOW !!!!!!!!!

This man is a true artist as well as a gentleman and man of his word.
