Where did you buy it? Looking for some of those for trail building in Tokai

It is a Lasher product, you can search for a local distibutor here: http://www.lasher.co.za/contacts.php#westerncape

Product info, here: http://www.lasher.co.za/show_products_full.php?id=260&product_category=Agricultural

I paid R180 excluding the handle. I had a hoe handle at home which worked fine.

A Mcleod makes a hell of a difference in trail building. You work sooo much faster with it than with a seperate rake/spade/hoe. Really usefull tool, and it is very handy for compacting soil as well.

Awesome Cap! Have you taken delivery and ridden them yet?

I'm considering some VXi's for my next pair of FiveTens (been loving the Barrons though). The one concern I have about the new sole is when dealing/pushing on a surface with poor traction (particularly loose-over-hardpack or wet grass), I don't want to end up making-out with mother earth (no matter how much of a milf she may be).

hey patches.. didn't have a chance yet, but that's been a thought i've been pondering since i the release of this type of sole. Some reviewer said it wasn't actually too bad, but hey, i'll find out soon-soon! ;)

You kidding!? Love these things! We use them all the tiime in tokai. THE single most versatile tool there is. Root chopper, compactor, bench-cutter, rake, smoother, the lot! I thought they'd stopped making them!
