It makes no sense on a fat bike frame with smaller tyres, and I know thats the point - but this isn't a new idea. Guys have been doing this (monster crossing) with Niner and Salsa (and Inbred) mtb frames for years now. I know it's a fatbike frame but kinda seems really counter intuitive to fit smaller wheel sand tyres when you can do exactly this on a standard 29r mtb frame...

I would prefer to see it with the drops and keeping the fat tyres (or at least 3.0" tyres)...

This kind of stuff is what makes On One cool though  .

Seeing that there are a lot of single speeds being posted here... where is the best place in SA to get a new size cog for the back? Hopefully there are some places in CPT?

I just got a single speed on-one with a 20t at the back, its a little too easy for the riding I want to do :(

45650B raw finish

Went for first ride and the frame is a climber of note, and whips thru single track. My 2009 Magura Louies Disk brakes on 180mm disks which comes from my downhill bike days stopped this steel frame like driving in to to a brickwall...

New Fox 120-140 Talas fitted, went Kashima because it matches the On One sticker :w00t: , also swopped the SLX crank for black X9 cranks I had lying around. The frame really responds well with the fork at 140 travel. And with it dropped to 120 still climbs like a goat.
