sorry, just had to correct this. correct spelling is Feb-ru-ary

Whoops, but 4/5 is a pass, no?

Looking at the Epic route, again it spells out the need for proper preparation!

Really, you mean the distance/altitude stats or the google flyover? I thought it was going to be a sunday beer ride, until I saw the raw figures. but then i saw the google flyover and the whole thing is over in like 6 minutes so how hard could it be? What convinced you from the route that it will require proper preparation?

Either that or you are a sucker for pain and the constant risk of riding on the verge of cut-off all the time.

or option three, a sucker for conmen pedalling(ha ha) their snake oil.

It's a South African syndrome that riders often boast about what marvelous achievements they piled up with the least amount of training!

Global phenomenon actually, did you not hear about the Texan who didn't train nearly as hard as we thought he did?

... you see that at races like the 94.7 and Argus: when they look down they only see belly instead of bb!

this is hearsay, i'm normally finished by the time these okes roll off the startline. Edited by The Dictator

Forget FT, the cycle park has enough SingleTrack to prepare you.
