Who knows how, but I got some on myself, eish its potent. SWAT was the brand. I keep one in the door pocket of my car, another clipped onto the back strap of my cycling day pack, another by my front door. and one under my bed. I know SAPS uses SWAT.Not sure about the strength about ours, but the NYPD/etc uses pepper spray that's rated at 6m on the Scoville scale (compare this to a Habanero that's around 600'000. There are no dumb questions on here. Only incorrect questions. From first hand experience (har har), it doesn't effect the airways at all. Just swells the face up.
