cpelser Posted February 28, 2019 Share Yeah the new Meridas finally look relevant, just don't know if I can bring myself to like them for some reason, I'd likely buy that and just spray the frame all black, or at least remove the logo.No reason for it, just really don't like Merida - probably because something like their "XT Edition" bikes only ever had XT shifters and RD, which was just annoying. It is really really awesome. Massive clearance for 29 x 2.6 tires (I have a Maxxis Aggressor 2.5 and it looks like I could fit a 2.8 in!) It seems to pedal pretty well, which surprised me. But I'm waiting for 'new bike syndrome' to wear off before I make too many promises. It built up pretty light for a 150/140 29er I am happy to let you swing a leg over and go for a spin if you're about for Argust weekend.
