Many having neo-noir themes, others gritty and some perhaps even borderline macabre. But somehow along the way. Some of them just end up being emo, arcade and juvenile.  Reminds me of what Michael Bay did to TMNT. I guess I should watch it before I judge. The plot of S02 was paper thin, to say the least.  I'd be surpised if DD and JJ get a 4th and 3rd season respectively.
