What will the weighting towards your Argus seeding if you did this as well as Die Burger.

Do they consider the last Argus as well - Ive already been 'fined' as I havnt done a seeded race in months (through Racetec/PPA anyways)

Argus results is the bigger variable for the following year's seeding, I reckon.

Can't recall where I read it somewhere.

"To determine your seeding, we use your best result in Cycle Tour seeding events or the average of your best 3 other results if that is better."

Not sure if this has changed from previous years...

From the Argus Website

To determine your seeding, we use your best result in Cycle Tour seeding events or the average of your best 3 other results if that is better.

So they could use either the Burger or Argus, depending which is best.

The "fine"/penalty thing only applies to your PPA group seeding, not the Argus (asuming you did Argus 2013)

judging by how it went on the training ride....that climb up hels actually isnt too bad......mainly because your legs are quite fresh.....might be a problem though since theyre not really warmed up yet.....all in all, the climb in the beginning is not that bad

it s botmaskloof and the wind that goes along with it thats going to nail a few guys.....and that climb has about 3 nasty little gradient changes along it

Forecast shows winds picking up (even more) around Stellenbosch and some potential showers thrown in there for good measure

And in typical cape town fashioin....it will be dead calm come monday morning

Always seems to pick up towards weekend.....im planning a easy 50km spin this afternoon...and its breezy out...but not overly so. Was no wind here in durbanville this morning
