Danny van Poppel is the second Dutchman to abandon today after Stef Clement. He was the youngest rider in the Tour de France. Now the youngest is Simon Yates (Orica-GreenEdge), 21.

Just walked the last 2km's and its scary.Crazy downhill with a few very sharp turns in the City.
