Found Eddy Merckx TT bike

Bike and owner have been re-united. It was a build project stolen Sat night from a nearby house and dumped when realized it was incomplete.

The guy was building up the bike bit by bit, wife decided he was spending too much time and money on it, so she dumped it and told him it had been stolen.

I don't think so. I have sold it to a happy buyer, this frame looks really big though and the wheels are different.
