Anyway lets get some perspective about suffering, what about all those Filipinos who have lost homes & loved ones last week. Unbelievable devastation there.

 

And here's a titbit of unsolicited advice: any time you expect to wait in a queue, take something to read.

Went to collect my number at arounf 17:00 . Did not pay for parking. Queued for full two minutes. Received my number as well as that of a friend two minutes later.

Not much in the goodie bag(OFM was 300% better) but here to race not to collect shampoo.

 

No Gripes. Would have loved to see a bit more bikes, but guys all cycleshops are known and do not really benefit from all the work to move their stock to the dome for two days.

Was waiting for someone to suggest moving the Race venue. Cos ive always wanted to do the Argus, and Cape Town is so far, cant they just bring it somewhere more "convienient" for ME, like Northgate...

Despite all the complaints and negativity by sissy cyclists, I am excited about my first 94.7 race. Cleaned and taped up my car last night, cleaned and lubed my bike, check all my other riding gear, and just waiting for 12 to get out the office.

Well all I got from Shova was a Hollard waterbottle. Tour Durban was a T shirt, Engen race was nothing. So how bad can they be?
