Its like they can't learn.

Also shows that Sinyard's gesture was a hollow one and only brought about because they forced to by the public and ASI.

That little warranty issue still sitting heavy with you , Blikkies ?

My guess is second time around no one will even notice.

I'm not sure how far they got but Land Rover was on a similar buzz here in South Africa where all workshops with Land Rover/landy/rover etc were also infringing in name rights. most of these workshops are independant and are by far better looking after Land Rovers than what Land Rover SA is capable of. These 'indies' actually keeps the Land Rover brand alive otherwise most of them would be parked at agents who themselves don't know how to fix these delicate vehicles.

Specialized apologized to the bike shop. I watched the video this morning. I cant find it but will posted when I do.

According to Specialized it was one of their contracted trademark laywers who saw the wheels and filed the suit. The CEO did accept full responsibility though.

You need to take his comments in context. He is very anti-Specialized, I’m pretty sure it is something to do with being very pro-Cannondale.

That does seem a bit superficial, so maybe there’s something more obvious, like say - Mike Sinyard put a kick me sticker on his back and then stole his matric dance date.

Hard not to like Sinyard after watching that.

He actually seems like a normal everyday bloke. I respect him for doing this though. Takes some big stones.

He will astound you with his down to earth attitude.

We were sitting at park city doing sprints on rollers with fixies whilst Mike sat on the floor just drinking his beer.

No special chair, no airs or graces.

The man can also ride a bike, you go on the big easy ride with him around California and you will know that you have been riding.

I think Mike missed a big business opportunity. If I was Mike I would have bought the shop, then go on to put up Cafe Roubaixs all over with franchise agreements. But that's just me. I am a crappy businessman anyway.
