I'm attempting the Marathon and Half Marathon (the next day) on my SS.Its my first trip to the mecca of MTB in SA and really hopping for some dry conditions. any advise on gear selection for the marathon??? Cant wait!! I rode there in December with a 32 x 17 (26). Was first time on SS and took some strain. Agree with 32 x 20 for Mamba.
