If you can roll forward on a bike while standing out of the saddle then you have the skillset to begin. It's a proper workout on a trials bike but so rewarding. Really need to dust of my shin pads and start playing again. Wayne Potgieter 1

patches Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 I concur! Although I don't practice trails nearly as much as I should, one quickly sees the skills learnt translate into other riding disciplines. They build confidence and enable one to do more on a bike. (and of course, have more fun).

For the guys that are keen.Could you please PM me your e-mail or cell number and I will contact you in hopefully 6 weeks time once I have healed fully and set the new bike up properly.
