Take a piece of kitchen paper towel and crumple into a ball. Put the "ball" into the bladder. And close the lid.

Inflate the bladder up as big as it will go through the tube side of the bladder. Then shake. The paper towel will start absorbing the moisture. Repeat until the paper doesn't become soggy.

Thank you.

RavX road tubes. Bought 2 on Friday. When I fit and pump the 1st one, I just saw mieliemeel. The 2nd lasted 90km's yesterday (Saturday). This morning after 82km's I saw mieliemeel again. R120 burst to mieliemeel.

Would have to be Polar products. I bought a cycling computer / HR monitor (cs100 I think) . In the first week of riding the mounting to the handlebar snapped and the unit fell off. Polar refused to help saying I should bring the faulty unit in. Too late as it was lost.

Not learning from this I then bought polar watches for myself and my wife. Within a year the batteries needed replacing. This involved having to send it in for weeks at a cost of a few hundred rand per watch. Weeks go by then I get a call from someone at Polar saying "do I want the seal replaced for another few hundred rand so the watch stays waterproof?" What a rip-off.

Bought a Suunto watch hr monitor and it's been brilliant - and one replace the batteries easily.

Always thought guys were joking about "how behind the times" certain places can be. Met a guy last Saturday who was still wearing his Power Balance Band, he is from the Vrystaat....

Worse single buy was a set of 400mm wide bars for cross country.... Idiot.

Worst combined buy has to be this little beauty. Only thing i couldn't find were the sky / neon blue Assos shorts that were killing it when I started racing.

Those Oakleys are probably the beautiful thing I have ever set my eyes on. They are to sports sunglasses what the bulldog is to the canine family.
